OCLNP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OCLNP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,187 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCLNP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTF2H2, GTF2H2B, and RNA5SP187. Each is linked with OCLNP1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCLNP1-to-partner and partner-to-OCLNP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OCLNP1 versus GTF2H2 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OCLNP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OCLNP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
