Across TCGA patient cohorts, OCLNP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,766 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCLNP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Obsolete histone H3-K4 methylation, Protein autoubiquitination, and Co-transcriptional mRNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway. Each is linked with OCLNP1 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCLNP1-to-partner and partner-to-OCLNP1 results are reported.
