OCLN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OCLN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,943 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCLN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MARVELD2, CCDC88A, and RECK. Each is linked with OCLN in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCLN-to-partner and partner-to-OCLN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OCLN→partner) and Y-score (partner→OCLN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
