OCIAD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OCIAD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,993 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCIAD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTNNA1, OCIAD1, and GALNT7. Each is linked with OCIAD2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCIAD2-to-partner and partner-to-OCIAD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OCIAD2 versus CTNNA1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OCIAD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OCIAD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
