OCIAD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OCIAD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 133 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCIAD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR199B, RN7SKP181, and FAM243A. Each is linked with OCIAD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCIAD2-to-partner and partner-to-OCIAD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR199B grouped by OCIAD2-low versus OCIAD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OCIAD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OCIAD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
