Across TCGA cell cohorts, OCIAD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,147 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCIAD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of sodium ion export across plasma membrane, Positive regulation of sodium ion export across plasma membrane, and Positive regulation of positive chemotaxis. Each is linked with OCIAD2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCIAD2-to-partner and partner-to-OCIAD2 results are reported.
