OCIAD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OCIAD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,681 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCIAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYDE1, RCN3, and DDR2. Each is linked with OCIAD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCIAD1-to-partner and partner-to-OCIAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OCIAD1 versus SYDE1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OCIAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OCIAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
