OCIAD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OCIAD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 940 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCIAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY1P8, RNU6-1027P, and LINC02670. Each is linked with OCIAD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCIAD1-to-partner and partner-to-OCIAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY1P8 grouped by OCIAD1-low versus OCIAD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OCIAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OCIAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
