Across TCGA cell cohorts, OCIAD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,692 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCIAD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glucosamine metabolic process, Protein deglycosylation, and Vesicle coating. Each is linked with OCIAD1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCIAD1-to-partner and partner-to-OCIAD1 results are reported.
