OCA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OCA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,979 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OBSCN, VANGL2, and SMIM10L2B. Each is linked with OCA2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCA2-to-partner and partner-to-OCA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OCA2 versus OBSCN in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OCA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OCA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
