Across TCGA patient cohorts, OCA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,647 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP19-SLIT1, SEZ6L, and EEF1A2. Each is linked with OCA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCA2-to-partner and partner-to-OCA2 results are reported.
