OCA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OCA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,059 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF5A, CDKN3, and OIP5. Each is linked with OCA2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCA2-to-partner and partner-to-OCA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHF5A grouped by OCA2-low versus OCA2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OCA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OCA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
