Across TCGA cell cohorts, OCA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,504 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Melanin biosynthetic process from tyrosine, Amino acid activation, and tRNA aminoacylation. Each is linked with OCA2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCA2-to-partner and partner-to-OCA2 results are reported.
