OC90

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OC90 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OC90-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR51V1, OR10A7, and OR5K4. Each is linked with OC90 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OC90-to-partner and partner-to-OC90 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR51V1 grouped by OC90-low versus OC90-high in SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OC90→partner) and Y-score (partner→OC90) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
