OC90

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OC90 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,610 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OC90-associated genes across cancer lineages are C5orf52, HHLA1, and USP17L17. Each is linked with OC90 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OC90-to-partner and partner-to-OC90 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OC90 versus C5orf52 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OC90→partner) and Y-score (partner→OC90) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
