OC90

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OC90 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OC90-associated genes across cancer lineages are RD3L, FSHR, and CRYBA4. Each is linked with OC90 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OC90-to-partner and partner-to-OC90 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RD3L grouped by OC90-low versus OC90-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OC90→partner) and Y-score (partner→OC90) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
