OBSL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OBSL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,011 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OBSL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYEF2, OBSL1_S10, and SQOR. Each is linked with OBSL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OBSL1-to-partner and partner-to-OBSL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OBSL1 versus MYEF2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OBSL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OBSL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
