Across TCGA patient cohorts, OBSL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,992 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OBSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INHA, SPEG, and SLC4A3. Each is linked with OBSL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OBSL1-to-partner and partner-to-OBSL1 results are reported.
