Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OBSL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,615 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OBSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAF13, COPS3, and HPF1. Each is linked with OBSL1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OBSL1-to-partner and partner-to-OBSL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAF13 grouped by OBSL1-low versus OBSL1-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OBSL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OBSL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
