Across TCGA cell cohorts, OBSL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,193 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OBSL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with OBSL1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OBSL1-to-partner and partner-to-OBSL1 results are reported.
