OBSL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OBSL1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,392 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OBSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are URB2, HELZ2, and FOXN3. Each is linked with OBSL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OBSL1-to-partner and partner-to-OBSL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, URB2 grouped by OBSL1-low versus OBSL1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OBSL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OBSL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
