OBSCN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OBSCN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,884 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OBSCN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POGZ, COPB1, and AP1B1. Each is linked with OBSCN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OBSCN-to-partner and partner-to-OBSCN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OBSCN versus POGZ in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OBSCN→partner) and Y-score (partner→OBSCN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
