OBSCN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OBSCN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,988 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OBSCN-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL4, PPP1R3C, and EMCN. Each is linked with OBSCN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OBSCN-to-partner and partner-to-OBSCN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OBSCN versus KLHL4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OBSCN→partner) and Y-score (partner→OBSCN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
