OBSCN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OBSCN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,258 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OBSCN-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIMREG, POC1A, and HJURP. Each is linked with OBSCN in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OBSCN-to-partner and partner-to-OBSCN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIMREG grouped by OBSCN-low versus OBSCN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OBSCN→partner) and Y-score (partner→OBSCN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
