OBSCN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OBSCN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 138 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OBSCN-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, RAD51, and ACVRL1. Each is linked with OBSCN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OBSCN-to-partner and partner-to-OBSCN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by OBSCN-low versus OBSCN-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OBSCN→partner) and Y-score (partner→OBSCN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
