Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OBSCN-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OBSCN-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher OBSCN-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OBSCN-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and UVM show a favorable association.

ACC, KIRP, and UCEC are the cancer types where OBSCN-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
