OBI1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OBI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,023 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OBI1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM26, SUGT1, and OBI1_S210. Each is linked with OBI1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OBI1-to-partner and partner-to-OBI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OBI1 versus RBM26 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OBI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OBI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
