Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OBI1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,693 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OBI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF14, HROB, and DIAPH3. Each is linked with OBI1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OBI1-to-partner and partner-to-OBI1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OBI1 versus KIF14 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OBI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OBI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
