OBI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OBI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,509 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OBI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3927, MDH1, and SLC25A33. Each is linked with OBI1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OBI1-to-partner and partner-to-OBI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3927 grouped by OBI1-low versus OBI1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OBI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OBI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
