OBI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OBI1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OBI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, HSP70, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with OBI1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OBI1-to-partner and partner-to-OBI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by OBI1-low versus OBI1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OBI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OBI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
