Across TCGA cell cohorts, OBI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,594 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OBI1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal protein import into nucleus, Protein localization to kinetochore, and Protein localization to condensed chromosome. Each is linked with OBI1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OBI1-to-partner and partner-to-OBI1 results are reported.
