OAS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OAS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,586 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OAS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAT1, STAT2, and TAP1. Each is linked with OAS2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OAS2-to-partner and partner-to-OAS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OAS2 versus STAT1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OAS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OAS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
