OAS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OAS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,005 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OAS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KHDC1P1, CWC27, and COPS6. Each is linked with OAS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OAS2-to-partner and partner-to-OAS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KHDC1P1 grouped by OAS2-low versus OAS2-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OAS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OAS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
