Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, OAS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 237 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OAS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA31E1, STH, and C18orf63. Each is linked with OAS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OAS2-to-partner and partner-to-OAS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPATA31E1 grouped by OAS2-low versus OAS2-high in OESOPHAGUS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OAS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OAS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
