Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OARD1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OARD1 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher OARD1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OARD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA and UCEC are the cancer types where OARD1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
