OARD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OARD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,821 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OARD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPIL1, KLC4, and PAF1. Each is linked with OARD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OARD1-to-partner and partner-to-OARD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OARD1 versus PPIL1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OARD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OARD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
