OARD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OARD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,932 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OARD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLC4, MICAL2, and LGALS1. Each is linked with OARD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OARD1-to-partner and partner-to-OARD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OARD1 versus KLC4 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OARD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OARD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
