Across TCGA patient cohorts, OARD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 83 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OARD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR98, TRBV11-3, and IGHV1OR21-1. Each is linked with OARD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OARD1-to-partner and partner-to-OARD1 results are reported.
