The most reproducible OARD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of developmental pigmentation, Peptidyl-glutamate ADP-deribosylation, and Regulation of pigment cell differentiation. Each is linked with OARD1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OARD1-to-partner and partner-to-OARD1 results are reported.
