Across TCGA patient cohorts, OAF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,521 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OAF-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINE1, OLFML2B, and TIMP1. Each is linked with OAF in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OAF-to-partner and partner-to-OAF results are reported.
