OAF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OAF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,585 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OAF-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-85P, MIR32, and VCY1B. Each is linked with OAF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OAF-to-partner and partner-to-OAF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OAF→partner) and Y-score (partner→OAF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
