OAF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OAF mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OAF-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, mTOR_pS2448, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with OAF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OAF-to-partner and partner-to-OAF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OAF→partner) and Y-score (partner→OAF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
