NYX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NYX RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,809 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NYX-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCLK3, MYH4, and ANTXRL. Each is linked with NYX in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NYX-to-partner and partner-to-NYX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NYX→partner) and Y-score (partner→NYX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
