NYX

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NYX protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,217 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NYX-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRDX3, TRUB1, and SFXN4. Each is linked with NYX in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NYX-to-partner and partner-to-NYX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NYX→partner) and Y-score (partner→NYX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
