Across TCGA cell cohorts, NYX mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,880 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NYX-associated genes across cancer lineages are NR4A2, RBM47, and HS6ST2. Each is linked with NYX in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NYX-to-partner and partner-to-NYX results are reported.
