NYNRIN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NYNRIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,291 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NYNRIN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ISYNA1, BRD3, and YTHDC2. Each is linked with NYNRIN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NYNRIN-to-partner and partner-to-NYNRIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NYNRIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NYNRIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
