Across TCGA cell cohorts, NYNRIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,650 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NYNRIN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of mRNA catabolic process, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with NYNRIN in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NYNRIN-to-partner and partner-to-NYNRIN results are reported.
