NYAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NYAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,802 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NYAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R18, RNF213, and MAN2A1. Each is linked with NYAP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NYAP1-to-partner and partner-to-NYAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NYAP1 versus PPP1R18 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.23.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NYAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NYAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
