NYAP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NYAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,296 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NYAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-605P, RPS2P17, and XK. Each is linked with NYAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NYAP1-to-partner and partner-to-NYAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NYAP1 versus RNU6-605P in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NYAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NYAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
