Across TCGA cell cohorts, NYAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,030 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NYAP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Vacuolar transmembrane transport, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with NYAP1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NYAP1-to-partner and partner-to-NYAP1 results are reported.
